I was appointed to be the Associate Minister at Riverside UMC in March 2011. I arrived here shortly after a two week trip to Liberia, which was a formative experience in my life and ministry. I graduated from Eden Theological Seminary in 2006 and was ordained as an Elder in full connection in 2010. Before coming to Moline, I was the senior pastor at Chenoa United Methodist Church. I attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where I majored in History. I have a wife and two young daughters that love coming to Riverside. I love to read (especially young adult fiction), and I love to watch and play sports. I blog as The Fat Pastor at http://fatpastor.wordpress.com/.
