B. Believe in others.

C. Cherish the people in your lives.

D. Declutter your home, your office and the world around you.

E. Experience…

F. Focus on what gives you life vs. that which drains the life out of you.

G. Give it away. “The best thing to do with the best things in life is to give them away.” – Shane Claiborne

F. Follow your dreams.

H. Hug your spouse and kids daily.

I. Ignore distractions that pull you away from your most important things in life.

J. Jump in and simply do it.

K. Keep at it.

L. Love others.

M. Make your bed every morning – it helps set a tone for the day.

N. Enjoy nature.

O. Offer help to those in need.

P. Be present.

Q. Quit blaming others and outside forces for your lots in life.

R. Realize your potential.

S. Say your sorry anytime you make a mistake.

T. Turn off the TV – or get rid of it all together.

U. Be OK with being uncool.

V. Validate why you’re holding onto your stuff.

W. Walk. Walk around your neighborhood, walk at the park either by yourself or with the entire family.

X. eXamine your priorities.

Y. Yearn for a better, simpler life.

Z. Create zen habits and zen moments in your life.

(BTW V, X, Y words are hard to come by )
